Your backyard must be relatively flat with no demolition required — grass or pavers need to be removed prior to build. We cannot build on slopes or hillsides. A minimum 3-foot gate access is required for excavation equipment. Pool equipment placement cannot exceed 40 feet from the pool, and the main power run cannot exceed 100 feet.
Our pricing covers everything you need — design, permits, engineering, construction, equipment, and finishes. What you see is what you pay. No hidden costs, no surprises at the end.
We currently offer three engineered sizes: Private (10×18), Social (12×24), and Gathering (14×28). Our model is built around these fixed sizes because they allow us to maintain tighter timelines, higher quality control, and better pricing for our customers. Custom dimensions outside of these sizes are not available at this time.

Every After Hours pool is built with Jandy equipment — one of the most trusted names in the industry. Standard equipment includes the Jandy CV460 filter, FloPro VS 1.85 variable speed pump, iAqualink automation system, and Watercolors RGB LED lighting.
We stand behind our work with a 2-year workmanship warranty covering everything we build. PebbleTec carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty on the interior finish, and Jandy provides a 3-year manufacturer warranty on all equipment.
