Hardscape and landscaping work introduces additional trades, additional scheduling dependencies, and additional variables that are outside of our control. Each one of those is a potential delay. A landscaping specialist will also bring more focused expertise, better supplier relationships, and more competitive pricing to that portion of your project than we could by doing it as a secondary scope. We'd rather you work with the best person for each job than have us try to be everything.
